The content you put in the workspace: tasks, notes, projects, contacts, documents and comments.

If you connect Microsoft 365, Gmail or Granola, the credentials you grant us. They are stored encrypted and used only to prepare your brief. The brief reads mail, calendar events and meeting notes for the people on your projects.

If you turn on notifications in the app, the device token Apple gives us.

How the workspace is used (which pages and tools) and errors the app reports.

To run the workspace, prepare your brief, tell you when it is ready, and fix problems.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

People in your organization who have access to the same workspace.

The providers that host the workspace and send email for us: Vercel, Neon, Resend, Sentry, and Anthropic for the assistant.

Client portal readers see only what their portal publishes.

For as long as your account exists. You can delete your account from the account menu in the workspace or the app.

Backups roll off within seven days of a deletion.
